Introduction

World War I has just ended.  It was eulogized as “the war to end all wars.”  The United States has made its mark as a Capitalistic Democratic Republic.  She has been lying low, not delving in world disputes, slowly emerging from the 1929 depression.  It is now, 1941.  Look out, here we go again!

Your team has been selected by the United States Government to attend the United Nations’ Summit in 1945.  The purpose for your attendance is to assist in uncovering the questions:  What effects has World War II had on our nation and abroad?  If World War I was considered the war to end all wars, and World War II occurred, is it possible for our nation to live in harmony with other countries?
